Grundfos MAGNA1 D 40-40F (220) Variable Speed Twin Head Circulator 240V

The Grundfos MAGNA1 D 40-40F (220) is an A-rated, EuP-ready variable-speed twin-head circulator designed for circulating water in heating and domestic hot-water systems. It supports main-pump duties, mixing loops and heating/air-conditioning applications, and accepts an external hot-water priority signal to force the pump to the maximum curve when required.

• Variable-speed control with nine light fields for pump-setting indication and nine selectable curves (three proportional-pressure, three constant-pressure, three fixed-speed).
• Low energy consumption that meets EuP requirements and quiet operation for installation in occupied plantrooms.
• 220 mm port-to-port dimension with 40 mm flanged connections; cast-iron construction and a rated motor power range of 12–90 W.
• Electrical: 240 V single-phase, 50 Hz; full-load current range 0.11–0.72 A. Performance: max flow 17.5 m3/h and max head 4 m. Liquid temperature range -10 to 110 °C.

Designed for simple installation and long service life, the MAGNA1 D40 series offers low life-cycle cost and maintenance-free operation. Note the port-to-port differences when replacing earlier MAGNA or UPS/D models: a spacer kit may be required.
